4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 can (14–15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Prepare the base
Place the chopped onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the chicken
Lay the chicken pieces on top of the onions.
Add the sauce
Pour in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Season
Sprinkle oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Cook until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Finish
Drizzle olive oil and stir gently before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
