No bake orange creamsicle cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup sugar

For the filling:

16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 box (orange gelatin, optional for stronger flavor)

For garnish (optional):

Whipped cream

Orange slices or zest

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter

Press the mixture into a pan to form the crust

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth

Add vanilla, orange juice, and orange zest, then mix well

Whip the heavy cream separately until fluffy

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture

Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight)
