You probably don\u2019t know that there\u2019s an easy and delicious recipe for keeping them in your cupboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if it\u2019s not tomato season, but you still want to enjoy this vegetable, perhaps as a main dish, simply follow the instructions (and do it carefully) below. Preparing them isn\u2019t difficult; in fact, once you\u2019ve learned them, you\u2019ll surely do it every year. Ingredients:<br>5 kg of small, plump tomatoes,<br>30 ml of olive oil per glass,<br>1 clove of garlic,<br>a pinch of thyme (or rosemary),<br>a pinch of salt,<br>sun-dried tomatoes in oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation:<br>Cut the tomatoes in half, removing the stem, then cut them into quarters.<br>Place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, season with salt, thyme, and rosemary, and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200\u00b0C (390\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, soak the garlic to make it easier to peel, then finely chop it with a knife. Wash and dry the 600ml jars.
