Lightly grease the paper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">[adinserter block=&#8221;6&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make the Caramel:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a medium saucepan, heat the sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon or heat-resistant spatula until the sugar melts and turns a deep amber color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once melted, carefully add the butter while stirring continuously. The mixture will bubble up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the butter is melted, slowly add the heavy cream, continuing to stir until the mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from heat and stir in the sea salt.
